I need some help
I was gifted a bottle of Bollinger Champagne for a house-warming present. I am yet to open it.
Before I do, I'd like some tips as to what, if anything I should drink it with, what to possibly expect etc....

Don’t place it on a pedestal! After working in the European wine industry for a few years I have come to expect little from any brand name Champagne. It will be bone dry with little aroma and even less flavour. Most new world sparkling wines will give you a better drinking experience with fewer hangovers. This is not to say that all Champagne is bad.... Just the brand names.
